If this is their first visit to the online portal, you will need to create an on-line account
- To create an account, you will need their account number and CID number both of which are on their water bill.
- You will then will enter your e-mail address and create a password for logging in to see your information. An confirmation e-mail will be sent to verify the information. After that, you can log-in to view your information.
If you have multiple service locations, but different customer numbers, please contact the water office so that we can consolidate the owner information into a single account.
